What is RAP?
RAP (Resolution Assistance Programme) is a support service for employees and co-workers to access advice and guidance to help them deal with conflict and grievances in the workplace. It is provided by experts in the field of dispute resolution and who have extensive HR and management experience.
We provide your workforce with remote advice about how to deal with conflict and issues in the workplace.
All our Resolution Advisors are CIPD qualified or Lawyers/HR professionals wil extensive experience and practice as Mediators and/or Conflict Coaches.

Our standard RAP is FREE - you are adding RAP as an employee benefit without charge.
RAP is provided to help your workforce access advice and guidance, and to help empower them to self-manage conflict. It has been designed to reduce the number of grievances in the workplace and diminish the burden on HR and line managers.
RAP provides peace of mind that conflict support is available to help deal with issues before they escalate.
Your management and HR team can request help too. We’ll include one business-based call per month to help you navigate your options.

Standard RAP is FREE for businesses to register and for their workforce to use.
Our Resolution Sessions are free, forever! We want to help your workforce obtain timely expert help to navigate through conflict.
Where a service need is identified, such as mediation or conflict coaching, we'll offer you the opportunity to use our professionals to help you resolve the matter.
Save money on our services!
Employers who pledge support and join the RAP will receive a 10% discount on our advertised rates.
Low and fixed cost services
Where an employer meets certain criteria, we can provide a low-cost/fixed fee service saving you 50 per cent off the overall cost.
Financial hardship - pro-bono services
Where you are suffering financial hardship, we can offer pro-bono services to help you access the support needed without the financial burden.
We operate a list of practitioners who are willing to provide services on a fixed-fee and/or pro-bono basis.
