The Development Pathway
The Development Pathway is your foundation to building a successful practice. We have designed this to help you build experience, your network, and to find prospective clients. Your first 12 months post qualification are critical. Get ahead of the competition and immerse yourself in a world of support.
The Development Pathway is a blend of coaching and guidance, with key work delivered for you to succeed. If you have just graduated from your mediation, McKenzie Friend, paralegal, advocacy, or other training, the Development Pathway is for you.

Key Features
As part of the Development Pathway, you will have 6 hours of one-to-one time with our team to help you thrive. The hours will be divided into 4x 30-minute coaching and strategy sessions, and 4 hours to put towards key support elements. We have helped many practitioners with a range of support needs, and the most popular are:
· Website review and advice
· Content writing and planning
· Prospecting planning and support
· Experience building
· Support with general strategy and direction
In addition to your 4 hours of support, we’ll also review or re-write your professional bio and LinkedIn summary to provide you with the best first impression for your prospective clients.
Ideal for junior and senior practitioners
This is perfect for junior practitioners who have recently qualified. We work with juniors to identify how to build experience and which organisations to contact, how to improve prospects of engaging with the right clients, and to provide the support needed from senior practitioners for mentoring and practice building. We have been working with more seasoned practitioners too! Our team have been helping practitioners with marketing, business development, and SEO and website optimisation.
