Our Standards

We expect our professionals to deliver the highest standards and follow our Code of Excellence. Read more about our expectations here.

02 Code of Excellence

Our Code of Excellence is the backbone of our standards and expectations of professionals who work with us to deliver services. Our Code of Excellence covers all aspects of a professional's practice including ethics, accepting and declining work, advertising, and working with clients.

02 Professional Bodies

Some practitioners are subject to regulatory bodies or unofficial yet self-regulatory bodies. Our policy is to adopt the standards as set by those bodies where they align with the values and principles of our Code of Excellence.

Our affiliates who have gained Verified Profile Status are practitioners who have provided us with evidence of membership of professional bodies, who have undertaken required training and qualifications, and are insured to provide their services.

03 Complaints

Practitioners who work with us are subject to our complaints handling policy and we will consider those raised by consumers of services where we have jurisdiction to do so.
